General Terms and Conditions for La Piccola Cucina<\/p>\n\n
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between La Piccola Cucina, owner: Stephan Ermisch, Alsenstra\u00dfe 14, 14109 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as \u201cwe\u201d) and our customers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customers shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.<\/p>\n\n
We provide gastronomic services, in particular: catering and event catering, pre-orders, and regular delivery (e.g. to institutions or companies). The specific scope of services results from the respective agreement.<\/p>\n\n
A contract is concluded through the customer\u2019s order and our acceptance thereof. Acceptance may be given expressly or by commencing performance. In the case of regular delivery, the contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with three months\u2019 notice to the end of a calendar month.<\/p>\n\n
All prices are inclusive of statutory value added tax unless stated otherwise. Payment shall be made in cash, by bank transfer, or as individually agreed. For larger orders, a reasonable advance payment may be required.<\/p>\n\n
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 5 working days before the agreed delivery or event date. In the event of later cancellations, we charge: From 5 working days before the date: 50% of the agreed price From 24 hours before the date: 100% of the agreed price<\/p>\n\n
Delivery shall take place at the agreed time to the address specified by the customer. In the event of delays caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. traffic, weather, staff shortages), we assume no liability, but will make reasonable efforts to find an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n
Complaints must be reported without undue delay upon receipt of the service. In the event of justified defects, we shall, at our discretion, provide subsequent performance or a replacement service.<\/p>\n\n
We shall be liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper storage, further processing, or other circumstances on the customer\u2019s side.<\/p>\n\n
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n
An English version of these General Terms and Conditions is provided solely as a service for better understanding and does not constitute a legally binding translation. Only the German version shall be legally binding.<\/p>\n
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
